M3 Evo race car for sale

Post by Tommy »

From Pistonheads:

This car has been used as a trackday car over the last 3 years and over last winter had a major refit by Geoff Steel Racing to enable me to go racing this year. The car is registered in the MSV Trackday Trophy and came 2nd in the first race of the year at Snetterton 300 with a Class A win and fastest lap of the race. Circumstances have changed so the car is for sale with or without a Brian James A Max trailer. Since the car is already registered in the MSV Trackday Trophy, simply buy the car and trailer and go racing! The car is well sorted and ready to win.

The spec of the car is as follows:

Geoff Steel Racing built S50B32 race engine with decked block, Schrick 284 cams, carbon airbox, lightened crank, OEM rods and pistons, ARP rod bolts, new shells, oil catch tank, vanos retained

Custom made single exit exhaust with decat meets 95dbs and is very light

5 speed gearbox with TTV Racing lightweight single piece steel flywheel and Helix Motorsport clutch, Geoff Steel Racing rose jointed gearshift

Does this mean you're withdrawing from the series Tommy? Sorry to hear that, especially after such an auspicious start.

Just heard today from my boss's boss that he's entered into the Cadwell round, his first ever race meet but paired with an experienced driver. Car is an M3 which has previously raced in a.n.other series.
