Ducati 916 for sale

Post by Andy916 »

Good home sought for my cherished modern classic:

916 biposto 1998
14,180 miles with fsh from ProTwins and latterly Carl Harrison (ex-Chris Clarke)
Cambelts changed 9 months ago, 12k service Aug '06 (all rockers perfect), recent HH pads
Same owner for last 5 years, near mint condition, absolutely reliable
Previous owner Ian Allgar, moderator of DSC forum back when I bought it
MoT til July, taxed for 5 months
1998 was the year with the discrete graphics and the then-owner Texas Pacific improved the quality control
Pirelli Diablos, Corse compound front, 180 rear
Both keys present, toolkit, owners manual and all documentation

Standard bike apart from:
Marchesini 5-spoke wheels in satin black
Forza Fast by Ferraci stainless pipes, foam airbox filter and Ultimap chip installed by ProTwins
Adjustable rearsets, quality items made to Ducati Performance design (not sure of manufacturer)
Carbon v-piece
Red painted mirrors
Spyball alarm
14T front sprocket (suits the bike perfectly)
Double-bubble screen, mid tint
(pictured with carbon airbox, Ventura rack-rails, paddock stand and Tecmoto filler cap which would be by separate negotiation)

Ben

Go on, buy it  You probably have this kind of cash in the back of your jeans. It would take your mind off of that GTR
