I have been driving a few special cars recently which are eating away at my love of my big Jag, so I am putting it up for sale while I lust for something even more special.

Jaguar XJ8 2000
V8 3.2l Auto.
Pretty much fulll loaded...
- full leather
- climate control
- CD changer
- Electric seats, and everything else you can imagine
- premium leather
- Sports pack
- jaguar / Alpine stereo factory upgrade (with sub)
- Jaguar phone, with gold plate Jaguar Logos and slots into the arm rest to control from the stereo!

Probably the most comforatble and classy car I have ever had. I never even get cut up in it. People seem to have a very different reaction to seeing a Jag in this country.

It does 30mpg on the motorway, and if you enjoy with V8 grunt with the sport button down then it still gets 24mpg on my country road drive to work. The V8 is a great reliable engine and sounds amazing as it is actually a really revy motor.

Owned by my old man from new, I finally took it off his hands just over a year ago when he got an XKR instead. Full service history and maintained with no expense spared, including recent service and lots of money on new brakes and dampers in the last 6 months. The only bad points are I got a pucnture a few weeks ago and still need to replace the spare tyre, and the day I picked it up it got a key scratch from some hateful neighbour kid, but it didnt go through to the metal. It has severl months tax and MOT, but price will include a new full MOT. So far it has done c134,000 miles. Main use has been lapping the M25 until a year ago, and an anual trip to the french alps.

It has some sentimental value as not only have I had it in the family from new, but it was also built at Jaguar whilst I was working there developing the new V8 engines. As such I have always used Jaguar original parts, and had access to the factory info still for ensuring it got the best info on servicing and upgrades. However, despite that there was something that has drawn me away from it. I just have to have one of these somehow:

Will get some more pics up later if anyone wants them. It is metalic dark blue, with cream leather interior.
The car is in Attleborough, Norfolk to view.
