it's a little out of my price range, 235,000 might be euros or sterling either way it's a lot. Bet it sounds the danglies 8)

gotta agree with James, if you keep it away from the barriers etc...would be a good little toy though

It does look cheap even for a Cat B repair. For the money i spent fixing my wagon i could almost have had that Elise.
Just needs a proper engine like a Honda Type R, add a blower and you have about as quick a trackday car as you will ever need with handling to match. I think this one has the K series Rover engine doesn't it??

Yes Francis,
Pretty sure this is from the K series era.
This has been for sale for a while i think so may not be a tidy repair.

In which case Eddy if it was a sh1te repair it may well handle like a bag of soggy dog poo on a wet day and no amount of alignment will make it drive straight :lol:

Sorry but not true!
They are about the safest car you can ever be in in a crash. FIA spec real roll hoop in the car as standard, compsote front crash structure like an F1 car, and you sit in the middle of an all alluminium tub with large alluminium crash beams around you. They are built from bonded alluminium and composites using aerospace derived technology, not archaic spot welded steel like most cars.
Small and light does not always mean weak.

thing is mate..how much would you trust this car in an accident...cat B's are unsafe to bring back on the road...i wouldn't want to take the chance of getting it wrong on the track

That maybe, but they make cars cat b for a reason. It should have gone for parts.
