Rare R32 GTS4

I have available a very rare Skyline R32 Gts4.
RB20DET with ATTESA and HICAS. Really a GTR with a smaller engine and insurance premium. Loads of mods/new bits. Low mileage but ceramic turbo given up so ideal to go steel option. Needs a little paint as just had bonnet, wing headlight and bumper replaced from minor bump. Available as is for around

Well as you know i am not an expert with putting photos on lol.
Front end will be painted and steel turbo fitted, plus full service. Only showing 21,000 on the clock but is an import so?
May work out a bit cheaper to do in the end so will be less to you if so ok.
Are we within budget?

You could also fit a carbon bonnet straight on it instead of paint the current one and source some GTR front wings and a GTR bumper .. and hey presto .. it's look pretty
