Trev, gutted you've sold this and sacked off sprinting. You didn't even get chance to use it in its current spec. I think you would of been fast.

im not sacking in sprinting logan just sacking in sprinting in a 4wd class with piss poor entrys and all the expense associated with 4wd jap turbo cars.
yes im gutted to have sold the pulsar but the future is bright and on to the next chapter

Well Trev i am a little sad that the mighty pulsars gone:( I totaly understand your reasons, But i was fond of that car! ( I hope you don`t end up regretting selling it?) I hope it went to a good home?:)

there is usually regrets when i sell / break a car , i felt the same when i broke the white v3 sti.
the car will be entered into a race series, sam who bought it has just passed his ards test and is 25, the guy that came with him to trailer it away was a seasoned racer so i might see it racing one day , he was hoping to compete in classic touring cars i belive, he said they allow very early 90's cars to enter , but im not sure

Hi Trevor and co.,

I bought the GTiR off Trevor and have had my eligibility confirmed for Classic Touring Car Racing Club's 'Classic Thunder' championship which is great.

Have made good progress with the car. Interior is fully stripped and painted now. The lower half of the dashboard and centre console has all been removed and I've fabricated a custom panel for the dash for electrical cut offs, fire extinguisher activation etc. The wiring has all been spiral wrapped neatly. Got the heater and air con units out today too. Overall have made quite a good saving on weight.

Just waiting for payday to come around so I can fit a seat and get the alarm/immobiliser removed. Can also send other bits n bobs like strut brace, cam cover etc for powder coating.

I'm hoping to be ready for the CTCRC Snetterton round in August but I think that might be a bit hopeful as still got quite a few bits to buy but should definitely be ready over winter.

I've left the BigPower.co.uk stickers on the car and as you can see have joined the forum myself.

Look forward to meeting some of you at events in the future.

Well be having a spare shell, so will have some spare panels if you have a little contact with something. We hope not of course lol.
