its that cheap because a brummie has owned it and have no doubt its been
regged within a inch if its life and needs a engine rebuild.

If a trader is selling it that cheap, there will be a good reason. TLC always shouts 'buyer beware' pretty loudly.

That's not that far from me no more than about 8-10 miles. As Alan has said unless the owner was a member of the West Mids Impreza's I would want to do a full inspection of it first. Looks nice though.
