Emerald Rolling Road Day.........29th 0ctober

Guys,

Just thought I would let you know the following details of an upcoming Rolling Road we are holding at Emerald in Watton, Norfolk on the 29th October.

Great social day as well as accurate rollers to test ya beast out on.

We have had 4 or 5 of these now and they just get better and better.....

Free food and drink all day and a chance to meet fellow nutters!!!

Please could I come along?

Car is Pilgrim Sumo V8, will be picking it up (hopefully) the w/e before so will be interested in seeing what it's putting out - it won't be much

in comparison to the Evos but would be a great time to say hi and meet everyone.

Actually it might be better if I say, I'm happy to make up spaces if you've got one on the day as I'm only down the road. Otherwise I'll pop across in the day and watch all of your beasts breaking free on the rollers and get deafened by your exhausts!

Seen the results Benny - they look a little on the low side - do you rate the rollers :?

I think Benny was chuffed with his :-D
The numbers are very close to what i would expect for the mods
Most Evos runing were Stage1 filter Exhaust some had minor boost increase so 300 plus is spot on
We did not have any mapped and boosted Evos.

One intersting note was Johns 350Z around the 270 we all figured low book says 285, turns out Nissan are getting a hammering because they are all running 260 -270 out the box. I the US they are getting sued!

I was well chuffed with mine.

276bhp and 270lbsft of torque out of the box and it made 305bhp and 288lbsft of torque with just magnex turbo back exhaust inc decat, induction, warlboro fuel pump and boost levels raised. No major mods but good gains and it would've made more if I had a decent boost controller as it lost 0.1-0.2 bar of boost at the top end. Next step Greddy Profec and Ralliart ECU and I should be hitting 340bhp plus. :twisted:

Emerald rollers are spot on in my mind, every car made expected power if not a little over.......

Those that have run before came away with the same figures and those with new mods saw the gains.

Great venue and a great set up...... :-D

cool - was expecting some to hit the 400 mark but not knowing the cars....

must give it a go up there sometime
