Silly O'clock and I'm raring to go!! (TOTB)

I've been sat there trying to sleep, for what feels like hours! The birds have been singing, Tan's been snoring, the dogs have been farting! I've heard it all, all on top of our antique clock chip, chip, chip chipping away at time. I've felt like Maxy Jazz this morning.........................I can't get no sleep!!
To say I'm a little excited about the day, the racing, the records that may be left in tatters, is a gross understatement. This is it, the big one. This is one event I've been waiting for. So while you're sitting there staring into space, bored off of your tits because the inlaws are around, just spare a thought for the thousands of us all over the UK making the effort to go and support the fastest cars in Europe. Cars that can do well over 200mph, cars that can do 30-130 in less than 6 secs, cars that will do the standing quarter mile in nine seconds or less...... spare a thought for those numbers whilst you're chewing on your roast watching the clock tick over until .........BING.........Mondays here and you're back to work
You could have been with me and thousands like me taking in the sights and sounds of the quickest cars and drivers doing what we talk about. Enjoy your dinner and I'll have a full report with pictures by Monday night so you can see what you'll be doing next year.
