Aprils meet?

Post by Stuart »

Amongst the runners and riders in the club we're starting to hit the busy season

Santa Pod this weekend coming
Sprinting most weekends
Time Attack on the 24th
Marham on the same weekend

So guys.........what do you fancy and where?

I think it's too early for the evening meets as it will still be pitch black by 7.30pm by I am more than happy to entertain ideas.

Maybe something away from Snett? Maybe something all together different? I have emailed James @ MSV to see if he has any ideas too.

Your thoughts people? :)

There's an ACE cafe meet in North London on the 12th that might be fun.....Petrolheads evening.

April could be a bit soon for the Ace cafe but I'd be well up for that another month. Thanks for the ideas guys; anything else? Keep the ideas coming.

Stu - Ill get back to you via email mid week, got a couple of hectic days with F2 but once thats done ill sit down and talk to Jamie about things.

The Top Hat race day is superb, great collection of cars from aggressive straight line chunky V8's to the little rapid Austins, and i'm sure we can get a nice area for everyone to park, either infield or the usual area, plus the father in law who won the XK Challenge last year will be racing so ill be there anyway. :D

A spot of proper racing always goes down well, but also the other ideas suggested are good too if you want to step away from Snetterton for a change of scenery.

The Top hat racing does sound good but then people are effectively having to pay to attend the meet. Not a problem for most of us but not sure if everyone will feel the same way.
I may be getting older but I REFUSE to grow up :D
