Well I must say that I really enjoyed that... 8)
Apart from run 3 where I sort of couldn't find reverse  I was improving each run and getting used to how the car was handling the tight little course.
Hopefully after I get the alignment checked and adjusted it might not understeer quite so much (or is it my heavy foot  )
Just need to sort out a better intercooler next so I don't have to keep opening the bonnet to let the heat out after each run
Many thanks to you guys for organising this
Oh, and yep, a few pics to follow that I took close to the end
Ady.

Thanks to all involved in making this happen again. Can we do it every month please? Only joking of course, but another one this year will go down well i am sure.

That was fun!
Interesting stuff what I noticed:
The Evos, Scoobies and Skylines (i.e. big 4wd turbo) had trouble coming to a complete stop and then pulling off again (i.e. no time to build the revs/spool the tubbie like at the start) where as the N/A stuff faired a lot better.
The R32 is a lot more RWD biased than an EVO, mind you that could just be Bens enthusiastic driving.
People with ABS seemed to have a lot more trouble figguring out when they had fully stopped.
Toyos R888 smell best.
People pull the daftest faces when theyre concentrating.
and wear wellies when driving mk2 golfs. (Hope your foots ok mate!

Maff, that was my observation too, it was so hard for me to get the damn car to stop .... I think everytime it was almost a two step process, also the little cars had the advantage of visability when reversing.
I was watching Gavin's GTR run rather carefully and he was driving far more smoothly, compared to my get the thing sideways version. Also I have a skylab, I changed the settings from 2 to 4 (9 is full 4wd) .. and then found that the car was nicely sideways.
So it's not all about power - it's agility !!! - saying that my R was feeling agile under power, shame it's like pulling an oil tanker up too a stop !!
