Thanks Dan! You know things have gone horribly wrong when even complete strangers on the pit wall are pissing themselves laughing!!:o But the worst bit is i`d have worn it that way if i could have just got the chin strap done up!!- I`ve seen the photo`s and it looks like i`m a cross between the Pg chimp and something out of space balls!:D If nothing else everyone was united in laughter, and if you get enough people together the chances are there will someone with special needs!:D But too take your "how not to wear a helmet"...... then we`d better ask Harry?

It turned out to be a great day today! Very pleased to meet some of you on and off the track at my first Snetterton outing :) It went very well indeed, only one half spin in the wet and tricky conditions this morning and then a continuous improvement of conditions, grip levels and speed as the day progressed.
Roll on 2010, can't wait!

I was hoping to be able to stay for this one chaps but as some of you might know I became the latest member of the Subaru Bottom-Ended club on track in the morning so couldn't hang about :(

Thanks loads to everone who offered condolences and tried to cheer me up....it was shaping up to be a good day.

I hope you all enjoyed the meeting after the track day - have a great xmas and new year and I hope to see you all in 2010.

As others have said, it was an excellent day and a nice relaxing evening to finish the year off.

And I'm sorry Russ, but photos just had to be taken and posted... lol

See you all next year :D

Shame i missed the track action. The meet afterwards was successfull i think with a high quality of attendees of course due the the prior event.

I brought a couple of new faces along who both seemed at home in the environment.

Roll on next years events.

I never noticed any poor quality attendees at non-prior event meets.

I really like the way that Stu's wrap on the CSL shows up under the lights. Proper :coolgleamA:

The Ultima and classic Mini look like opposite ends of the automotive bar, but great fun I'm sure. (Think I'd go for the orange one)

Was that Andrea trying to distract the noise marshall so that he wouldn't notice Jason's loud exhaust? ;)

Eddy, what point are you trying to make mate? A higher quality of people than normal meets?! If you meant quality, I'm not sure what to say as it was a lot of the usual suspects minus most of the admin team (tread carefully before you answer that :D ) If you meant quantity we were way down on normal numbers.........bizarre :biggrinjester:

I'm still thinking about the drifting and some of Jason and Bealo's ideas :patriot:
