Good luck getting it sorted Trev. If your keeping the Impreza it may be advantagous to get a boost controller on there, to give you a bit more scope to control boost, as with your forged engine you should be able to push the boost up further in the midrange. My Impreza was peaking at 1.6 bar in the midrange giving a nice torque curve.

I would get a FMIC on there first tho!

1.3 is about the sensible limit for a VF23 iirc. No point in pushing it any higher.

Big turbo, Apexi AVC-R & FMIC needed

Dyno in the wrong mode? Big difference in the transmission losses since the last graphs?

Hehehe, me worried...never

So, you thinking of campaigning 09 in the Scoob then??

When are you going to be down at Surrey RR?? If it fits in I'll pop over, only 10 mins from here.

Hmmmm, unless you had that welded Transfer box it, that be in the wrong mode!!

I'll take the blame for that, not sure if it was my fault, but hey.

LOL. Sorry.

Quality day thanks to all plus the burgers were just the job.

Have lost 13bhp in 2 months but have problems with the electronics on the car so going back into BMW in Jan for a new instrament cluster so that should fix the problems as now running better fuel and getting less power so wanna get that sorted out quick as starting to get close to standard M3 figures so starting to feel its pointless having the evo.

Cheers again guys and good to meet as always some new and very pleasent bp people.

Cheers for a great day.

"that has got to be the most convincing M3 copy i have ever seen it even sounds like an M3 where did you get it done?"
