Great turnout on the stand. The densest crowds of the day were definitely around the Team Extreme cars.
Had an issue with the rex (Thanks to all who tried to help fix it) so didn't run most of the day but still managed to get out for a few laps and pull a decent gap on a Ferrari 355, so that cheered me up a little.

Had a good day even though it started in what looked like organised chaos on arrival at Snetterton but it did gradually improve as the signing on and noise checks finished . I was put on the 100 circuit and after the sighting laps was told that i could go out whenever possible , so it was a open kind of arrangement . It started off slowly but gradually picked up as the day went on and was on track alot in the afternoon .
I was a bit apprehensive about driving the public around as i hadn't done it before but ended up having a wonderful time . The volunteers on the 100 circuit were a good bunch of people and a good laugh , as also were the public . I did surprise one lad who thought that a 307 V8 was a bit small and didn't seemed too impressed until we got on track. I went around Hamilton's flatout in third and i heard him say "bloody hell " and i thought thats one for knocking the 307 , he was alright though really.
The best part for me was driving around the youngsters who all seemed to like going as quick and with plenty of tyre squealing as possible . I had a couple of off's on to the grass but i don't think anyone saw me , apart from the last spin which was a proper 360 in view of the paddock with tyre smoke and screaching tyres and i thought i would be in trouble for that . The young lad in the passenger seat thought it was great and i got a few thumbs up as i entered the paddock , and told i would be allowed back next year , phew .
I did get to see some people like John B , Ben and also nice to see Christian , sadly minus the GTR . I now know who one of the other Pete's is , lovely little ones by the way Pete .
Finished with a car stinking of fumes , brake dust , not much petrol and in need of a good wash and also the memory off a good day . Pete:thumbs:

I spent all day on the 200 circuit. I swapped to wets before the sighting laps, definitely the right decision! It was very vreasy until a dry line appeared at about 2pm. I was that busy i didn't get time to swap to slicks.
Had a huge amount of fun and my passengers appeared to aswell, some paying more than once, repeat custom is a good sign i was doing it right :-) My last passenger was screaming and punching the air as we went round, he was a middle aged man who became a big kid, brilliant.
My visit to the stand was brief as i only had the lunch break. As ever a great collection of cars. Roll on 2014.

Was a good enjoyable day. Thanks to pete for letting the kids have a sit in the camaro. They loved it! I had 3 laps in the freightliner truck which was awesome
. Great day out and nice to give the old evo an outing too.

I had a great day. The club stand was great when I parked up for a while after popping out to refuel. Track was slippy fun in the morning, dried out well after lunch, and I had the 200 circuit pretty much to myself (with no passengers) when the rain started around 3:30
