I was expecting at least standard figure of 160 but got 146!
Most cars the same as mine with same mods etc are touching 180, so I'm way down on power.
Never mind, someone has to be dissapointed on a dyno day eh?

DIRTYSVT wrote:Definitely a big thanks out to APT and Big power for a wonderfully organized event. By far the best dyno day I have ever attended, except for the head gasket lol. It was great to meet everyone. A lot of really nice cars there. I will definitely be attending more events. Oh and remember NEVER GET BP ULTIMATE LOL. I will give Paul a call next time for some race gas, and maybe some laughing gas. The wife was very understanding about the repairs until I mentioned ported heads and cams hahahaha! Oh well. I will post some repair pics and stuff later on.

To those of you that were dissapointed about your numbers. Numbers are just that. You gotta make changes and keep going to the same dyno to see improvements. I thought my numbers were low my first time at APT last year. I now like their dyno better because if you make big power on their dyno, well then you are doing pretty damn good. Plus I gained 120bhp by raising my psi from 1.2 bar to 1.6 on their dyno. Next time it will be 2 bar

Cheers for bringing the 'stang' .. great to hear it - such a shame about the head gasket.

Thanks to all involved in the organising of such a great a day  It was good to catch up with a few people again and had some great chats, Ray & Trev. to mention a few.

Christian, it was really good and very useful to chat to you about your car and how some of the things that you have done may also work for us. Thanks for taking the time to talk to us :thumb:
