Lovely mate. You will kill yourself though. Buying a 1000cc bike in this weather is a little left field........even for you.

Best of luck. At you know someone with a trailer if you drop it ;)

Nothing wrong with fast bikes in this weather - I commute every day on a 1000cc bike ok not my race bike but a cbr1000fx.

But if you fancy buying a unique race bike - Never raced 10K miles based on a 2000 R1 all work carried out by harris performance check out mine.

http://www.thegraveyard.co.uk under bike for some photo's of it.

Oh that's very nice, i bet it's out of my price range though, go on tempt me, how much do you want for it and has it any mot, tax history etc?

Sadly the fella selling the tl1000 pulled the auction and isn't replying to emails
But i've got my eye on another r1 whick is spot on my price range :-D
