There I was sitting at home this evening enjoying a nice galss of wine or two....phone goes !!! My Son Chris.....I have just been side swiped ! Oh great where are you ......anyway 2.5 hours later standing in the rain whilst we wait for recovery truck...and 2 cars which will be a written off.......don't give a shit about the silly young girl who hit him but his pride and joy is now probably heading for the scrap yard in the sky........Some people just need BIG FCUKIN MIRRORS !!!!!

I'm pissed off but guess how Chris feels....... he had just decided he was goiung to keep the car and go the full hog with it and really turn it into a little monster......

Is it repairable John? If so push the insurance company for best money whilst keeping hold of the car and get it fixed up

Im gutted for Chris, I know he has worked hard on the car to get it to where he had it

It probably is repairable I will post some pics up later but its if they see it as economically repairable.... knowing how they work probably not......He is gutted as you said he has had it a few years and worked long and hard to get it what it is.....it is the whole N/S/F corner smashed some moinor damage to the NSR NSF suspension looks as if its pushed back.....it does look a mess.

The corner has taken a proper thump.....luckily he managed to avoid being forced straight onto a traffic Island.....it was close...

I tried to upload pics but it says it's outside the limits and to be honest I haven't got a clue what to do to change that...

They will most likely write it off john, as the repair quote will be worst case and using genuine parts

But do you think you could get it fixed as your repair bill will be much cheaper then an insurance company...or do you think its beyond repair?

If you do get it back take it to Chris as H-tech - he can quote it at non pattern parts / even second hand parts etc and bring the repair cost down in favour of repair over destructon
