Following the sucessful first couple of drives in the Shelsley, there a still a few teething problems which unfortunately will have to wait. I'm off to hospital on Monday for spinal surgery to have 3 discs in my lower back shaved down (hopefully not removed though) so hopefully this will sort my back out once and for all, although from what the physio said I may have to hang up my snowboard and wakeboards :(

Just looking for some symapthy really as my work have been a complete bunch of c**ts and may not have a job to go back to once I've done my rehab in about 6-8 weeks as (I quote) "we've done without you for two months so you'll have a hard time integrating back in with all the changes we've made"

It just seems that if you've broken you leg you get lots of help and support but if they can't see the problem you're faking it!

vent over! (well for the moment anyway!)

Chris.

Hi Chris,
My old man has had the same back problems(so i can sympathise with you) he also had the same surgery you are having and apart from the initial post op discomfort he has no complaints at all..he is now back to his old self, no back pain what so ever!

I thought i'd share this with you to give you confidence that you'll be fine and that hopefully your op will go as successfully

all the best mate :)

Best of luck with the op and fingers crossed you keep your job or at least have them for unfair dismissal.
