I brought something from a fairly well knowen scooby dealer this week.

it was second hand, but told it was in good condition and working order.

when i recived it, there has been a bolt snapted off in one of the mountion points, and then by the looks of it, someone had tried to drill it out, and a wire has been cut off sooooo short, it will be a nightmear to reconect it.

i called the bloke up today, and he said it would be ok on 2 bolts, and not to worry about the broken one. I said i was still not happy with it, he said send it back for a full refund.

ok i thought, but i have to pay for the postage to get it back to him :(

so all in all, i have waisted my time, and my money, for paying for something that he sent out that was sh*t.

not a happy bunny!

You wont get charged paypal fees for a refund.

Not sure on the postage thing - it depends on what his terms and conditions of sale say. If they mention it then you havent a leg to stand on. If they dont then I would argue the toss.

Go and talk to Andy at Grade-A Subaru - 01663 744114.

Everything i have bought second hand has come from him and he's not let me down. This includes my STi engine and the guy has bent over backwards to get me sorted properly. Tell him Francis in Northampton sent you :thumb:
