I'm so pissed off at the moment Bloody Norwich Bloody Union!!!!!! :x :x :x :x

First I only get a hire car for 7!!!! days

Then they tell me a my claim should take no longer than 2 weeks

Then they try to not pay because I put 2 new shocks on the car (They tried to say it was modified Suspention!!!)

Then told should be sorted this week

Now told as it is a theft claim that it could take Months!!!!!!!!!!! :x :x :x :x :x

NO modified suspention

They ask loads of questions about the car to assess it's condition and how well it is cared for and in passing I mentioned that I had changed the rear shocks and they assume this means modifiy!!! :x

i think the trouble with theft is they have a certain time they allow to see if it will turn up .

A tip which helped me out a while ago.. Start saving ads for "similar" cars now, so when NU start giving you prices you can tell them it doesn't reflect the market! They'll always just go for bottom dollar!

That helped me recover some of my money on my old Golf Mk2 GTI 8v when it was sent to autoheaven by some idiot (not me before you say) who couldn't drive a roundabout

I did send them a load of cars currently on the subaru used website.

But I think that i will collect ads as well the more I can gather the stonger my case :?
