Workshop?

Am i right in saying that there is a workshop available to rent? If so how much is it to rent and would it be suitable to swap a gearbox in ?

I have a unit that is shared by three other guys who happen to be members of the forum. Other than that, there is no affiliation with the forum beyond the fact that we do allow paid up members to use it for
