Just back from two weeks in Bangkok.....

Post by Bealo »

Well i'm just back from what i can only call a life changing holiday.

Before you say the obvious yes there was plenty of that but it was the laid back happy go lucky life style that really captured me.

I was there enquiring about some work and things are looking good on that front so i am now seriously thinking of relocating over there for a year or two. Might be time to rent the house out and sell the car and the bikes.

Cost of living is attractive and you get a lot for your money.

We will see how i feel once i've been home for a week or so but right now England doesn't come close.

And make sure you keep a spare room so me and Jo can visit .. Thailand is my favourite bloody country on this planet! ...

I did 3 weeks out there and can honestly say I felt the same - it's just so amazing, and the people, they are so nice - I was expecting to be mugged outside the airport, but no absolutely awesome place.

Where else did you go? ... I've travelled South to North ...

no problem Ben you are both more than welcome.

Yes it is a special place for sure, i don't think i saw one unhappy person in over two weeks!!!!! you don't get that here now do you????

It was mainly a de stress holiday with a bit of business thown in but i stayed in Bangkok for 4 days then i had 5 days in Pattaya (crazy place) then back to Bangkok for the last 5 days then home early hours today.

It was my first time and it won't be the last so there is still so much to see and do. I have a few photo's but i had better not put them up on here if you know what i mean lol.

My friend who lives there told me how expensive the cars over there are!!!!! i still saw a mint Ferrari 550 though.

Would like to see some drag racing over there though, i'll have to enquire
