What on Earth did we do?
l know my commitments to this was site extend beyond the norm, but what could l do that was more productive in the 20-30 hours l spend on here (that was a rhetorical question)
So life before forums........what did you used to do?
Me, l used to play a lot of video games, prior to that l played football on a part time basis so l was away a lot.

My son rekindled my interest in cars and Jap ones in particular about 6 years ago. Prior to that I had an Escort RS Turbo, that was bog standard, because I didn't know any different. Donkey's years ago I had MGs and a mini that I did a fair bit on but that was from club magazines.
The knowledge available on the net and the various forums is incredible and, thanks to the generosity of many who've been there and done that, I've managed to mod my car to a reasonable level. More importantly first time (mostly), with minimum cost & effort rather than trying to re-invent the wheel. So, thank you to the few from the many.
Forgotten the question now  Oh yeah, raised a couple of families, worked a lot, got bored and watched TV.
