Do you have any ideas about the fuel tank Mark? Are you going for a custom made one?

Sounds like a plan 8)

Will the 2.8 and the rest of the bits get this into the 8's?

That looks really good Mark. Is the drop in angle from the front to the rear of the hoop that runs over the door deliberate? Any ideas why?

When I see pictures of a cage like this it really provides encouragement for my protracted project. I know my cage will not be of the same standard, that I know, but our aims are similar even if the budgets aren't :)

Great work mate. Keep it up :thumb:

Looks very neat.
How did you cut the ends of the pipe so it would meet the round edge of the pipe you was welding onto?

think it a bit optical illusion on photo the bar follows the door upper exactly front pic is shown before it raised up to be welded in .the cage is built in situ then cramped together to drop it lower in order to weld upper joints then it is sprung into position and welded in higher up in the roof .does that make sense .you can see the straps pulling cage together in some pics .the cage was built by pro .woodsy07986491671.he will be able to give more info on specific cage and regulations for what you need .
