Well, just got a call from the hallowed Cage supplier.

"we can't send teh cage out as its over weight for the couriers and you have to pay another

shame there not still in Soham i thought that the main man fron SD lived in newmarket cant your buy direct!

Nope, can't buy direct anymore mate, tried that as I was hoping for some discount for working in teh trade....

More I think about it, the more annoyed I am, not really about the cash, but the principal of it. Annoyed I didn't ask to speak to the boss/manager about it.

Yeh, I should do, not really into all that tho, going to write an e-mail to ScoobyClinic and also phone Safety Devices and tell them their dealer is rubbish!

No, got to get it this week, and teh way SD were telling me Scoobyclinic are the only place to sell Impreza cages. I called Alyn at ASP as I would of preferred to give him my business, but he couldn't get any sense out of SD as to ordering a cage.

At themoment ScoobyClinic is the only place to be able to get an Impreza cage from....and I think they know it!

I just think it was very bad customer relations to demand the cash or you don't get the cage.....

I have called and then e-mailed SD with my thoughts and what happened, and they thanked me for my input as they like to hear what their appointed dealers are up to! So we shall wait and see if I get any feedback on this.

I did start writing a post on SN to slate them on the service but decided I will wait and see if SD get back to me first.

Don't hold your breath waiting for feedback.

If I were you I'd wait until the cage has been delivered safely before slagging anyone off. That way you do it from a position of strength. If you do it the other way, there could be sudden unexpected or unavoidable delays, iyswim

Yes, my thoughts exactly Gerry. I don't expect a miricale and a free cage etc, but I felt i needed to a least make my thoughts known!

I should have the cage tomorrow, if it doesn't arrive I will be back on to ScoobyClinic to give them hell!
