Yes it does look odd in the pics. The chequered flag is all digital print with the fade from black to white, that looks pink in the pics ha ha.

I looked at it for a little distance today and it is very much a flowing flag on the side of the car... looks almost as if its been airbrushed on.

Something you cant see in the pics also is the metalic graphite. All the graphite used has a fine silver flake to it which adds to the fresh look.

Cheers for your comments chaps, only the roof vent to go in before the 28th now :D

Absolutely mate.. the blue touch paper is well and truely lit. Although if you scan back ive never said i dislike graphics completely.. ive only ever abused those that look shocking lol.

To be honest i loved the car as it was and this is solely for the purpose of advertising for a friend. All i wanted was a clean original design that i had not seen before and didnt look tacky.

Hopefully ive achieved that.

I think you have achieved that.... :thumb:

I will be working on my new graphics scheme this week, it will be nice for the car to have graphics for a reason, other than just because i liked the look of them.... :)

I think that's the whole point though. If there is a degree of sponsorship or advertising they are fully and easily justifiable. It's the senseless slapping on of vinyls/stickers that can offend the purists.

Fully agree with that Stu :)
Just to clarify one point on our car, for those that know me and Bart will know what TNT Racing stands for
Paul Taylor & Alan Tolley
We built the car and even though we now have a sponser we still do 90% of the work to the car

Sorry Frayz  didn't mean to hijack your thread, just don't want people thinking of us as a joke.
