Bloody hell

This has the potential to become our own RC thread :)

Joking aside Paul, I understand your need to get this off of your chest but I am a little concerned that you may not get the results you want from posting this up at the moment.

Have you proof of the things this bloke has said?

The guys that know you on this forum know you and Alan are great guys and it sounds like you've had some pretty poor service. I take it you have posted these details up on the Ford forums too?

I think regardless of the dealings you have had with anyone this year and last, you'll both go on to better things next year. Poor sponsor support is a real shame but a fact of life when you start climbing the ladder.

Not that I would know

It's been a hell of a saga with TopBoss for you both and I cant believe he is being such a muppet about it.

If he has business issues then they are surely down to his own problems not being associated with two of the hardest working and honest guys that I know.

Tell him to get a life and get some proper support. It makes a world of difference when you can rely on people to deliver what they promise.

The comments were said to someone that didn't know us and that we had never met and it was only by chance that Alan has gone to a car show today. He bumped into the guy as they were on the same stand and in conversation it came out without the bloke knowing who Alan was.

I have sent an e.mail to Topboss asking for an explanation.

I have posted this on the xroc forum.
As this is now the 3rd piece of inappropiate behaviour from him concerning us. The first 2 I have not commented or posted about.

I understand what you are saying about results....but sometimes I feel that I am far too laid back and need to take a more direct approach to cetain things.

Roll on 2009 the only way is up

Thank you for handling this in a professional manner. It would have been easy to lose your rag.

I hope you resolve this in a satisfactory way and I hope the results next year make him choke on his decision :)

Surely the purpose of sponsorship is brand exposure? So it seems a bit of an odd business decision when your car has featured in so many magazines.

Results speak for themselves so all the best for 2009 and watch him regret his decision. By the sounds of it, you're better off without him.

It goes without saying that you have the forums support. Obviously if there is anything that I can do to help, please let me know. I am more than happy to do anything I can :thumb:
