i dont live at home, my car is fairly expensive some times >.< as for heroin and crack . im pretty much straight edge and hardly even drink , no drugs for me
its above 15k. as to how it got that high, i was basically an idiot and didnt think about things i did, my mental state at the time didnt help but that is all cleared up now. i have learnt my lesson with this all. and i know going bankrupt could be seen as running away from it but to be honest i would rather do it now than continue having issues and it getting worse.
also on an off topic not can i add you to xbox live james?

Yep, it's TheTrash
When I was 21 I was about 9k in dept and had not much to show for it either. I phoned the companys up and made them a settlement offer of 75ish% of the dept and they accepted(I think they have too). It then took me 3 years to pay this back. Try doing the same? Whatever you do you'll be buggered for a littlewhile, but in the future when you apply for certain jobs or loans, mortgages etc. You can say you've never been bankrupt which helps a lot
