this is something ive toyed with on my mobile phone/satnav combo...but never got off my arse to do.
looks like it could certainly be useful
update: its written in java...maybe i could grab the source and persuade it to work on my phone

I have just ordered it and will test it at snetterton next week and report back etc.
Sounds like it could be good if it works with my PDA

Okay - I have got this now and have downloaded it to my PDA and will try and get it working.
If I can I may bring it up on Sunday to snetterton to test it out around the circuit

you're on .. will try and get it working with my GPS. it isnt proven to work with mine so might need to do some jiggery-pokery

Have got it working on my Navman PIN 570 PDA :woohoo:
Settings of COM8 and 9600 baud rate
I have to say on first impressions it is superb !!!
Easy to set up a circuit either with start/finish at the same point or at staggered points like nurburgring. Once a circuit is set up, it will time you from the time you cross the start and at the end of the lap show you your time and compare to your best.
You have the option to save the laps and upload them to a lap table on their website too.
Fantastic value for less than
