asked abbey for 2 front uppermount suspension arm bushes, they said whiteline do a polyurethane kit i said ok this is what i got.

says fornt camber adjusting kit, allows for +/- 0.5 degrees camber change and adjustable whilst on car.

is this what i needed and more?

I'm not going to be alot of use here as i've never used this kit before but the pic in the instructions does show the front upper arm, i do know they're a pig to fit though.

When i had the same problem as you i bought these http://www.driftworks.com/catalog/produ ... table-arms

Best advice i could give is ring abbey and talk it through with them, i've bought a fair bit of stuff off them over the years and they've always been very helpful when i've rung them about things i've been unsure about 8)

im not too worried about fitting as that will be APT's job :D

as long as i have the part i need to pass the MOT anything else is a bonus.

It does look like you have everything there.
I'd of said the yellow bushes with the bolts in them go in one end of each upper arm and the other bits go in the other end of each arm then to adjust camber you rotate one of the bushes which will have an off center hole, can't really tell from the pic which one you rotate though.

It looks like the yellow bush has an eccentric hole to adjust camber.

Those are the bushes for the upper wishbones.

these allow for camber adjustment, just need to buy the rear set now.

ill get SCA to set it all up after eerything is fitted.
