Hurrah these turned up today, Buddyclub coilovers...recommended highly on the American RX7 forum.

No longer will my car raise like a speedboat and then sink into the road when braking !!!

Anyone good at setting up coilovers ?

Bearing in mind I have had no experience what so ever !!!

Gonna get it properly tracked afterwards (Alexb send me a pm).

What do I need to make sure the damping adjustment is the same left to right ? Are there limits you can turn them ?

One of the main things I need to do is make the car slightly lower at the front (as it should be), if you look at this pic:

The front arch clearance is a lot more than the rear (because the front suspension is different to the rear).

Its gonna be a fun few days getting them on and adjusted hurrah.

You will need to have a 4 wheel alignment once fitted, this is also the best way to have your ride height set up accuratly. From there, you can adjust your damping to suit :-D

If you nedd any help or advice regarding settings, just us a call, more than happy to help :-D

Cheers for your help mate, so once I do fit them the idea is not to drive hard on them until they have been setup properly.

The damping I would set would probably med to high, Emmas is probably soft-soft so her teeth arent being shaken out lol

How much is the 4 wheel alignment at places ?

Top draw my son. Get them on and lets crank some boost and beat those agricultural 4 wd drive systems.
