boost controller trials updated *now on sale*

Post by boxy »

Just to inform you, as you are probably aware I`ve been looking for a new boost controller. I have been looking around and found a factory that makes them. I have one on order and should be here the beginning of the week. This unit will be trialed on my car before I release it to sale. Lets see what happens! hopefully a good unit at a good price.

Terry - you do amaze me with you buying / dealing / borrowing abilities.

P.s If I wanted some body parts for a Daihatsu Copin - are you able to source and ship the bits for me.

P.P.S I do not have a copin - there for someone I know.!!!

As I have always said, I will always look for something but not guarantee finding it. Specific items are always harder to find, say for a particular model. Looking for items such as intercoolers, Turbos, boost controllers are all common to performance cars, where as your asking for something that is not common market place. Never the less someone somewhere is selling what you are after. I will seek them out.

I`ve been thinking about the new boost controller. I was going to trial this on my own car but after deliberating for a while now, why not offer it to someone who has something to compare it too as I don`t. So who thinks they are in the best position to test this new gizmo out and write a decent review on it`s performance?

Have you not heard of anyone who has used it yet?

I am not too sure about testing it against my M's controller as the GTR is the family car at the moment and if it does all end in tears there could be a divorce on the cards :o
I may be getting older but I REFUSE to grow up :D

This is a none branded piece of equipment so I have no reviews of the bit of kit. I will use it on my car then It`s my problem if it decides to mess up.

We've got some cool methods of testing boost controllers for our management system. PM me and I'll run you through the details - remarkably simple and no need to risk them on your car.
