Hi my bias pedal box has turned up and am trying to see how it plumbs up. I've got a couple of pics and just want to see I in right. Yellow caps in the pic are were I'm guessing the brake pipes would then go. Don't laugh if I'm wrong.





And also the 0.625 cylinder is for the front and the 7.0 is for the rear I think but what side should each one go ?

Iam doing something similar at the moment with a bias bar and the brake pipes go where the yellow plugs are . On mine the longer thread for the adjuster is on the throttle pedal side otherwise it would hit the clutch pedal . I also have a 0.625 for the front but a 0.75 for the rear although iam might endup changing them . Pete

yeah ive now swapped the the bar round was being a retard so mines got pots in the right port.

What side of the balance bar should front and rear go ?

I don't think it matters what side unless the pedal is offset from the center of the cylinders , on mine it wouldn't make any difference what way around the cylinders are mounted as they are pedal centered. All i need is for there to be more travel for the pushrod on the front .625 cylinder which i can get by adjusting the bar . Pete

The balance bar on mine just seems a bit floppy and it slides about in the pedal if tou get what I meen is it something that will fo up abit once it's plumbed up and got fluid in the system

You need a bit of clearance between the pushrod clevises and the pedal tube but it shouldn't be more than 3mm , just enough to allow the bar to move back and forth without binding . I have put a link to the wilwood site which shows how to set the bias bar up . Pete
