Boost whistle

Morning :)
As title really. I've noticed that the truck constantly whistles when underload no matter what speed or what RPM. I've checked all the IC hoses and they're fine/tight. And the turbo + actuator is a year old. Question is, what could be causing this noise?

Could still be a boost leak IMHO, how old is the truck? On my golf there was a small hose which split, looked fine but under load it would leak and whistled. I ended up getting a smoke test done and it showed up then.

Pull all the pipework & ic off the car, block the tubby end, inlet manifold and all the various anciliary tubes, inflate it with a bike pump/compressor and then listen...

While its all off wiggle the the tubby spindle, it may be new, but they can still fail.

Thanks Stu ;) Think that might sort it.

Well I have already in the past had the hoses off and pressure + water tested them and they were okay. And this morning I did have everything apart again to grease pivot points, diaphragms and check the turbos actuator. While it was all off I did check the impellers movement and that's fine too. Was thinking that maybe there's an issue with the pressure release valve?
