were running a standard fuel tank at the moment mate
but its not an original so it has no baftle in the bottom of it
so we have to run at least half tank of fuel on track so dont get fuel serge
we are running a external walbro pump carnt remember exact one
but its a high flow rate pump

i think id go with a tank and swirl pot in boot if it was me.
so just a simple walbro?, you planning any more power if so how much?
if you still want to go with your tank just use your pump to feed a swirl pot and then have a bosch 044 feeding forward.
remember to use a good filter

filters are something that im not very clued up on so
what would you surgest?
the walbro is the equivalent to the 044 pump
as for power were building it to a 500+bhp spec

walbro isnt as good as a 044,walbro will only just do 500 ,044 safer to 600-650
so as said yours pump you have to feed swirl pot and buy a 044 with filter and use that to feed rail, but also if a cosworth tank is a better design id be changing that too to be sure

I should really be more specific when I tell Alan what we're using....sorry mate:blush5:
Gary the fuel pump that we are running is a Driven2Automotive - DA-27 High Performance Fuel Pump - 255 lt/ph. (Circa 450-500)
I was thinking of using a walbro lift pump and then 2x DA-27/31
OR
could we use our pump as a lift pump and a single bosch 044
Is there any advantage of using 2 pumps as opposed to a single pump?

if you can manage with just a single bosch then id say its the answer,i run to pumps running together but if one fails it can leave engine with less pressure and go lean,
on mine i have protection from motec dash etc so not a problem
ive never heard of pump you using

Cheers Gary:thumbs:. That was the idea with running 2 pumps so if one fails we have protection. This is the pump we are running.

Filter wise I was thinking along the lines of a Facet or Syntec bullet 300lt/ph filter.
