Battery off with Power FC?

My 200 needs some welding doing to it, so the battery is going to have to be disconnected.

I'm running a Apexi Power FC, just checking that its not going to lose the map or die in any way if I do this??

You should be fine as long as you get the terminals the right way around when you hook it back up
