ive been a bit slack really and have not answered threads that i could prob have helped with

so from now on ill try answer what i can in spirit of the club:party:

gary at what engine rpm does det occur and can you hear it with the naked ear if the car is stationary ?(subaru)

chances of getting det stationary is 0% mate,you need load to do it unless theres something major wrong

rpm under load it can happen at any rpm,normally only under boost on turbo

ok so i maybe starting to hear something more mechanical then like pistion slap maybe ,its been stood up over winter being run periodically but i moved it today and just bliped the throttle to about 2500 rpm stationary and my super sensitive hearing lol possibly noticed a very very very subtle knocking .
