...do i run the Bridgestone RE070's this weekend at the MLR Silverstone Sprint or my 65% worn Yoko AO 48 Meduim hard compounds????
Tricky one, as to the touch the 070's feel softer but then the Yoko's have a stiffer sidewall and have serious grip once warm, but I'm just wondering whether I'll be able to get them warm enough to be gripper than the 070's :? :?

I doubt the sidewalls are very different in stiffness.

For one lap I doubt there would be much in it grip wise either but I would go with the Yoko's personally as they are 100 compound iirc compared to 140 for the re070's.

070s are probably the best bet as the Yokos do need to get warm.

At least it's looking dry atm http://www.metcheck.com/V40/UK/FREE/day ... tone&day=6
