Surface Processing or not!

Guys,
I knows it's a way off but when the Manta has been all welded and is not looking like a rusty sieve, i am seriously thinking about taking it on a trip to Surface Processing Ltd http://www.surfaceprocessing.co.uk/for-cars.html .
I know I have prob mentioned this before but am just looking for advice and opinions on this. there are so many for points for doing his that can't see any reason why not to.
The last thing I want is to send it H Tech for the full respray and 6mths later end up with a rust bubble somewhere that i have missed and then a bill to have a panel painted. Wouldn't take too many of those to make up the price of the dip LOL.
Also with this being a restoration and the aim to have a vehicle which will go up in value over the years as they get rarer
(not that intending on selling it) would also seem to be something that will aid this.
Opinions please
Suz
