Post by mad dad »

As above....anyone had theirs replaced on a new age???? had a price and its not cheap (i believe there are 2 and it had to be the dearest one!!) but just wondered if anyone has experience of them failing and replacement as mine appears to have just given up last night when driving home   ....cheers

have replaced quite a few (presume your talking about the main one in the front drivers side collector of the manifold)

get the part number of the sensor (not Subaru's) and i may well be able to sort an equivalent cheaper option............

he will have priced an O.E. Subaru one presumably and they are maddly priced.........however recently we have managed to source the early GC8 import sensors which were originally only a factory part thro' a new contact and they are a perfect match

allegedly can sort the same with these new-age sensors but need the unit part numbers to x-ref
