Rim repair, forged alloy

Post by Andy916 »

Can anyone advise on repairing this Volks Ray TE37 ? :

I think it's usable as-is, but would this damage lead to issues when changing the tyre and/or other issues?

Try any of these. I've had the links a while but they all still work so that's a good sign.

Some of the pics i have seen of extremely well bent and prperly doubled over and ripped apart wheels sent in for repair at some of these places and then coming out looking better than new is just bloody amazing. Not cheap but if you have a set of hard to get wheels it's well worth it.

Hope this helps :thumb:
Buggers cancelled my op just a couple of days before it was due. Inconsiderate barstewards!!

Place in Scotland did mine and they were awesome, much more damage than that.

I've used the place in Leicester too and he's pretty good.
