Arch rolling and underseal, nr A11/M11

My RA needs undersealing, but I thought I'd get the rear arches rolled beforehand. Before I give Archenemy a call, anyone else need arches rolling (CB21, just off A11 near M11) ?
Also, does anyone on here do the full underbody protection job? Not having a ramp makes it tricky to do myself.
