Roll Cage

Post by duncan »

Not impressed with Co-Ordsport!

Angry at a complete lack of communication which has now left me 5 weeks away from the first event without a roll cage.

I placed the order for the Cusco roll cage with Co-ordsport in the first week of january with them confirming that it would be end of feb before it arrives in the country.

For the last couple of weeks I have been trying to get a delivery date out of them or confirmation that it was in transit. Each time greeted with no information about where it was and being promised a ring back to tell me when it would arrive.

Last resort was to email them to try and get a date out of them and am responded to for once with a date..... MID MAY !!! FFS

Needless to say the order is canceled and now on the hunt for a cage to be made to my spec very quickly.

I am sure that they are fine for other stuff, but whether they have been let down by Cusco in Japan or not, part of customer service is managing expectations.

Shame because Dal was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Duncan, Sorry to hear you are being pissed about by your cage supplier. Their supplier is not your problem so if they are not coming through then it is their fault!!

Have a look at these http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/OMP-ROLL-CAGE-Cr- ... dZViewItem

If they haven't got one on there that fits i am pretty damn sure they will be able to sort one quickly. FIA approved too. :thumb:
