Anyone running this?? Whats it like on the road/track??

Any negatives, or positives?? Anyone got the EDFC?? Find it useful, or just a gimmick??

Feedback welcome please.

Not sure if this is any help...

But I have Ksport coilovers, had it set up professionally when the car went in. They adviced changing to Tein and i was like huh?? why?? and omg they were so right, it's such a horrible ride, ever so bouncy not just hard but bouncy it bounces all over the place.

They are a Tein Stockist and swear by it, i asked about the EDFC and they said it's a gimmick but in my case where i live out in the sticks and the roads are very bumpy it would be very very handy to have. Not only they but the way my interior trims are designed they overlap and to access the shocks to adjust them every trim in the boot has to be removed so i would say not such a gimmick.

Thanks for the reply, so did you go for the Tein's or just have a ride in the tuners car that had them compared to your K Sports???

I have it on my Evo.

At first I didn't like it but now I know the reason is not the suspension but the polybushes (which were fitted at the same time & IMO are shite) I drove another Evo recently with the Monoflex and OEM bushes, and couldn't believe the difference. I've now changed all my bushes back but haven't driven my car yet. However based on the other experience I think I will be pleasantly surprised, if it feels as good as the other car.

Putting Mono Flexes on my S14 next month.

Currently running Tein HA and they've probably been on for around 70k miles now, also had Tein HR on my old S13.

On my superstreets it's fine for the road, but I'll need to change them for something stiffer eventually.
