hey all

Iv just fitted a apexi twin cone induction kit to my rx7 and at low revs it makes a strange noise, its hard to explain but its like a deep vibrating noise.
I dont think its supposed to do it so does anyone know what it could be?

you bum head, it could be that thingy you broke or the gasket.

if your getting more air in it could be making that more noticable.

I don't know if it's any good but when we fitted an HKS filter to my wifes FC it did change the sound of the engine due to the noise coming from the filter itself.

Does it sound ok at high revs?

Its not the thing i broke jaff, thats a seperate part. It sounds fine at high revs, up to 2000 its sounds a bit rough.

Does the car have an air pump ??

Is it a 'moo-ing' sound ? (Serious question !!)
