Indicators/repeaters

Can i do away with the side repeaters and just have
front and rear indicators and still be ok at mot time???

You can if the front ones can be seen from a side angle like a lot of jap cars have.
If you dont modify your front lights then no mate you cant.

i believe you need side repeaters for an MOT

Basically, you gotta have em for the MOT if the cars registered after 1986 and the front lamps are not specifically designed to be side repeaters too (they have special markings to show this).

From your rear bumper, step 3 feet away from the side of the car. If you can see 'em, your golden. Didn't have them on my RX-8, they showed me why. Hope this helps. :wink:
