Once again it has come to that time when i am curious about something, What is the difference between forged and standard engine items?

Forged are generally considered to be stronger. They do cost more as a result.

so are they only for like the big bhp boys then ?

It really depends on what level your standard items start to get overly unreliable and what your goals are power/torque wise.
