I could bend some tube although it's a pretty torturous route and I would struggle to get the radii looking neat.

Last time I used some banjo fittings and tube taken from another car, these were then connected to the block with some Gates hose. Over a period of time the hose failed due to the high temperatures and the fact that the hose end was much closer to the exhaust housing than the stock items.

What are my alternatives? Earls or something like it? Any others?

I've been using Earls and they seem to be very helpful, The quality of their work is also very good.

They are making my new turbo oil line to my design as we speak, As well as a new shorter turbo water pipe and my new fuel rail fittings and hose.

Try http://www.hosesolutions.org.uk they can sort you out with anyhose you need, top quality and they only charge half the normal retail price too which is nice

What I eventually did was to cut the Banjo's off the old tube, drill them out and bent up some stainless tube, silver soldered the banjos's back on, worked a treat

To stop the hose coming off the other end I silver soldered 1 turn of stainless welding rod on as I don't have a flaring tool this big!

I also re-used the copper washers (bit of an odd size) flattened them on a wet stone and annealed them.
