This is another task i have made time for this week. I am fed up with using insulating tape, so i am gonna get some sellophane. I can cut it to the shape of my front and rear lights and it will laminate them in theory ( rather like the front windscreen ) it will also make the car look better in any action shots ;-) :-D

Is it easy to get off? No residue or paint removal?

Make sure you wax your car first, thatll make life easier, i think it was bubble that made a gaffa tape car bra, hed know what it was like to remove.

Yes that was me
I gave it two coates of wax before the gaffa tape was applied. It did leave some glue residue in a few places, but with some "Glue & Tar" remover, it comes straight off. It was well worth the effort to save getting all those stone chips

Ok thanks. Where can you get the glue and tar remover from? My car had some wind deflectors fitted when i bought it, on removal they left behind a horrible sticky residue that needs removing.

I deal with a company through my work. They do a protective film that will cover the front of your car. If you give him the model of your car, it will then be cut into a template and ready to go straight on.
If anyone is interested go to:
http://www.signsandprinting.co.uk his name is Jason.
If you mention my name (Steve) from WRG. He might even do a good deal.
