Turbo Oil Leak Diagnose/Repair

A friend of Lisa's has an Audi S4 and after a mot the tester told him that he suspected an oil leak on the turbo.

Question is can you recommend anyone to a) Diagnose that the turbo is faulty and b) Fix it

Probably Clive Atthowes Rob - they do VAG stuff.
